I had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The staff were so attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and happy during my stay. They even offered to take photos for me and acted as tour guides in the area. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the local apple juice and ice-cream. I loved the buffet-style dining as I could choose my own food. The shuttle service from the station was a great convenience and they even gave us sweets upon boarding. the service and amenities provided were top-notch.
This place comes highly recommended for everyone.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and offered great service during my stay. I especially appreciated the buffet-style dining with local ingredients, where I could select my own food according to my preferences. The shuttle bus from the train station was convenient, and the complimentary sweets were a lovely gesture. The female rotenburo onsen had a unique spot where I could lie down and enjoy the view of the open sky.
The town where the hotel is located was quite quiet and lacked in activities, even for the off-peak season. It could be challenging for visitors who are after more entertainment or activities.

The food served in the hotel was delicious and yummy. The staff was very friendly and helpful providing great customer service. I also had a great time relaxing in the onsen and enjoyed the beautiful scenic views from the outdoor bath. this weekend getaway left me feeling refreshed and calm.
The quiet atmosphere in the area made it a bit hard to find activities or places to explore. On top of that, the free transportation from the hotel only offered limited pick-up times. Overall it was a bit disappointing that we couldn't make the most of our time there.

Nestled in a tranquil town, this hidden gem offers excellent Japanese hospitality. the free shuttle bus from the station, coupled with staff members' warm welcome, makes the location accessible and welcoming. the rooms are spacious, featuring fluffy bedding and comfortable furnishings, while the luxurious onsen, style bathroom offers pure relaxation. the breakfast buffet displays an array of local delicacies, and the apple pie sold on the premises is a must, try for any foodie. the in, house facilities include a female rotenburo onsen with a stunning sky view.
The town may be a little quiet, with limited activity, but it adds to the serene atmosphere and fosters an atmosphere of relaxation.
